I understand how to evaluate a property as a marketable home, but also as a financial decision — including repairs, resale strategy, renovation budgets, buyer expectations, negotiations, and closing.

For nearly two decades, I have helped people buy, sell, renovate, and reposition real estate throughout Metro Atlanta, with a strong focus on the southern suburbs. My work is built around straightforward conversations, practical strategy, and helping sellers understand the tradeoffs before choosing a path.
